I’m not a huge fan of arugula, but this Panera Ancient Grain & Arugula Salad with Chicken sounded like it had potential. It’s filled with apples and grapes, and I was craving a salad with some fruit.
Our office’s power was out from the snow on Friday, so I ended up a working from home all day. We ordered delivery, and I finally got to try the Panera lentil quinoa broth bowl with cage-free egg.

There was a little left on our gift card from Christmas, so we stopped by and got to try this new Panera Caramel Apple Thumbprint Scone.
I had a free pastry reward for my birthday on my Panera rewards card, so I ordered the new Panera Kitchen Sink Cookie and bought a coconut macaroon as well.
I ended up ordering the new Panera Roasted Beet, Quinoa and Citrus Salad because I saw the display poster and it sounded healthy. It has been snowing a lot lately, so we decided on the nearby Panera Bread so I wouldn’t have to drive far. Some women were standing in front of the poster so I only saw a part of the name, so I had no idea what to expect. I just told the cashier I wanted the “new beet salad on that sign,” and sat down with my table tracker and waited.
