Recently had the opportunity to try the new Panera Italian Steak & Mozz sandwich, and I was excited to give it a taste. It has been a while since I’ve tried anything new there.

The first thing that struck me was the perfectly toasted and buttered bread, which provided a nice crunch but not too much. The Italian steak was balanced by the combination of fresh greens and melty cheese that made the sandwich very satisfying. I would recommend having it in a You Pick Two with a salad for an extra boost of greens.

Overall, the Panera Italian Steak & Mozz sandwich exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend giving this sandwich a try! I was able to try a handful of other new Panera items, so hopefully those will be all posted later this month.
