Tried out the Blue Apron Linguine Pasta with Roasted Fennel and Garlic Breadcrumbs yesterday and was extremely impressed! I was away at work, so my husband made everything on his own — even taking some time to snap some photos for me!

We’re not huge olive fans (no matter how often I eat them to try to acquire a taste, still no luck), so he left those out. The ricotta and garlic breadcrumbs make this dish a winner. I was so surprised at how good this tasted! Definitely keeping this recipe for future use.
